located in Portland, Maine, began offering Material Takeoff services in
1994 to fill an unmet need for quick, accurate material takeoffs for
lumberyards and contractors.
Strong local demand for the service was immediate; soon new customers

emerging industry.
Nine years later, the company's first customer is still a customer,

from a home office.
