Paul,
who came for training in February 2005, - in his own words. "After 20 plus years working in Industrial Automation for large corporations, I decided that I would like to be in control of my own life, income and future. In August 2003, I started looking in earnest at some opportunities for self-employment, and found most of them to be unsuitable, restrictive (franchises), or fads. When I came across the Material Takeoff opportunity with Wheeler Consulting, this immediately drew my interest. I am technical by nature, enjoy projects and building things. After meeting with Blake and Susan Wheeler, I was sure that this was the opportunity for me, and I haven't looked back." |

| "Upon
returning from my week of training, I met with my financial advisor
about setting up a SEP retirement account. After explaining my new
business opportunity to my advisor, he indicated that he had some custom
home builders as clients and asked if he could
give them my card. Sure! Well, the phone rang the next day,
and a prominent custom home builder was eager to meet with me. I
received two more calls from builders - all before I even started a
marketing campaign, and my business is taking off (no pun
intended)."
"Clearly, there is a large void in the home building industry, and I feel that the Wheelers have devised a niche solution. I am very excited about the prospects for success." |

| Chuck,
a residential builder, wanted a more secure financial future for his
young family.
Although a successful builder, Chuck became frustrated with the steady increase in governmental regulations, insurance costs, and the risks associated with being a builder. With a young family to support, he was looking for another way to use all of his knowledge—and this was perfect for him. He started his Material Takeoff business in January, 2003. Chuck has finished a new home office, added a second work station late in 2003, and trained one of his family members to produce takeoffs so he can continue to expand. |

Mike, a
builder, wanted to add value to his existing business. Mike
had been looking for some time for an additional opportunity to add to
his existing home-building business - something that would be less
physically demanding and that would ensure that, when the time came to
"hang up the hammer", he would still be able to profit from
his knowledge. He started his Material Takeoff Business in April, 2002 |
